Summer Sunday School

Kids: Come experience “GODLY ART."June 1 – August 24, 10:15-10:55 in the Children’s Building

The works of great artists still tell the stories of the Bible as they have through the ages. In “Godly Art” our children will learn to see and discover for themselves the wonderful Bible stories they have learned. Jean Muller, one of our parishioners, will share her art expertise and head up a team to look at great artwork and have activities that let the children use all their senses, including music, movement and touch.

We hope they will learn to look carefully at things in their everyday lives and appreciate God's work in nature and other experiences. Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Fra Angelico, Bosch, Hoffman, and Dali are some of the artists included to help the children make the Bible more vivid and memorable.

Children's Sunday School

A Godly Play class for Preschoolers and Trinity Infinity Bible Fun classes are held for children Kindergarten through the 3rd grade in the Children's Building. The TnTs (Teens in Training), 4th through 6th grade, use the Grapple curriculum and meet upstairs in the Attrium Building's "Our Space" Room. Children of all ages have unlimited fun studying the Bible and learning about our Episcopalian liturgy and traditions.

All classes begin at 10:15 a.m. and end at 10:55 a.m. Come join us for endless fun. Sunday School classes begin at 10:15AM and are over at 10:55AM. We ask that you bring your child, ages three(3) through eight(8), to the Children's Building before attending adult classes. The 4th, 5th, 6th graders meet in the "Our Space" Room upstairs in the Atrium. Please pick your child up promptly at 10:55AM to allow teachers to attend the 11:00AM service.
